Chapter 2 done, 6,486

Two chapters today and I've got two Virtual Days ahead. If I keep this pace I'll be crossing the 50k line on November 8th. Feeling very good. Found out the Muse is a younger one, a Muse of Modern Novels (in the 19th century), and she's very wild! Love her as a character. It's going well. I think I might have to pick on his sister next time to keep ( Read more... )

Speaking of muses, is Ari well? My three send copious cat hairs of inspiration as they are shedding their winter coats - 28 degrees C here today!

Purr! Ari happily sheds Cat Hairs of Inspiration on you too! Of course he's fine! He's still the super muscular cat athlete he always was, fifteen pounds of solid lean pantherish muscle with a high sweet kittenish voice. He naturally does championship napping and lazing around most of the time, but gets up and goes rowdy with his Midnight Crazies several times a day now. I swear he's lighter than when we moved here, having regained some youth. I got healthier too. Between the climate and other things, we're just both in our best environment.

He loves the city for its dogs being mostly smaller than he is. Chihuahuas and other tiny dogs fascinate him, once he's the big animal he turns into a gentle giant with them. I was amazed. I'd get him one but I'm not up to going out daily to walk it.

We also have a new neighbor, a tiny gray Persian who's adult but very small. She's lovely and sweet, just down the hall. Her human's a bass musician, he brought her by for a play date and Ari wasn't quite sure of her.

I am so glad that you and he are both doing so well! I can understand not having the spoons for walking your own dog but being able to see other people's little dogs has to be good.

Your neighbour lady-cat sounds adorable.

Have you had much chance to work on Wombat in Garden, or have you been occupied elsewhere? It's okay if you have been, I just wouldn't mind a progress report.

Sorry, no progress at all. I feel horrible about that, but I lost an entire year to major depression and life problems. Thanks for the reminder, because I can push him up to top of list for December. Seriously. I've meant to get back to it but when I get distracted time slides out from under me.

PLEASE keep reminding me. Monthly if you have to. I will get this done! I know what I'm going to do with it, that's the craziest thing, it's worked out. I just need to actually have the time to focus on it. December I have nothing planned, so it is yours.

Please remind me again though because fibromyalgia means never being able to remember what you were supposed to say sorry for.
