hey, I feel sort of weird asking this, but I figure you maybe have some experience or could tell me something helpful? I just got kicked out of my place and I don't know what to do.
You got kicked out of where you live? First off, take stock. How much of your stuff do you have? This can become really important. Phone and email around to find someone else to stay with temporarily while you get on your feet. Make sure you get someone to go over and help you get your stuff out of the place you got kicked out of. Gods, the number of times I've lost expensive, hard to replace tools and important books to moves makes me sick, there was a lot of good stuff I left behind on some moves. Do what you can to retrieve your belongings.
Make sure to grab your most important books and any tools that would be expensive to replace. Triage for how much space you have to take them with you, if possible get a locker or something. Greyhound stations have lockers for a buck or two a day and that can help you retain more of your possessions. Make sure you have your ID and important papers with you. If you have to abandon materials, keep the tools. A sewing machine is a way to earn money. Art supplies are expensive and a way to earn

Short obvious answer: find someplace else to live.
Find something temporary and try not to lose your possessions and/or pets. Get online and make sure everyone who knows you knows what happened. A lot of people have helped me out over the years. You never know which online friend actually has space in their house or apartment or even is in dire need of an employed new housemate to make ends meet.
Good luck. It is so sucky when that happens. Email me, I sent you my email, and vent about the circumstances if you want to. Do you have a period of time to find a new place or did they toss you out "leave now"?
It may be illegal for them to just throw you out without notice. Check and find out. You may have rights to stay for a month or more while you find a new place to live. Tenants have rights even if they haven't paid rent. Varies per state.
