Reflections on the Disneyland Punk Scene

So I went to a punk show just for the hell of it, and I wound up leaving halfway through. The first reason I found it so terrible was because of the anti-commercialism message some bands were trying to get across. hear, hear.

my brother was a big anarchist a while back. he bought the t-shirts, the chains, the posters, and all that stuff with the anarchist paraphernalia on it (never thought i'd used that word in normal conversation). finally i asked him, "who's in charge of making all this stuff?" i find it hilarious that anarchists unite under an anarchist leader. one of the biggest contradictions i can fathom.
