I agree completely. This past week, I was at an intersection and saw a lady run a red light and hit another car. I was the only person who got out of my car and helped out. It wasnt major but the lady who ran it told the police it was the victims fault. Lucky, I stayed around and told the police what happened. The red light cameras could, not only, help out with situations like mine but catch the people who arent paying attention to what they are doing. Good blog. :)
