I want to make a comment but part of me feels I don't have the right as a non-American. I'm not sure how to express how angry I feel that fear of the "Moral Majority"* or the millions of dollars that they have no qualms in pouring into things that will have ABSOLUTELY NO IMPACT ON THEMSELVES. Money that could be put to doing some good. But no. Let's ignore the inconvenient parts of a series of two thousand year old writings so we can have someone to feel superior over. "Oh, we're so much better than those nasty gays and lesbians. Now, I need to book another hair appointment with Maurice - he's such a darling..."
