We are thinking of gettting a second catrto keep our topper company...Did your cats take to each other immediately or after a short while?

We got the kitten to keep Komori company. We were surprised at how quickly they got along. We kept the kitten separated from Komori for about a week, with an occasional monitored interaction. Once Taz was free in the house, they were friends in about 2 days.

I wish my parents' cats got along like that. They all hate each other.
