I just got spam that says I can have a FREE Vespa scooter!

It's a sign. I should move to the bay area. I can ride around San Fransisco just like the natives now.

*puttputtputt* Ciao! *puttputt putt*

It's funny, I saw parked Vespas all over the place, but I rarely saw them in action.

Vintage Vespas and Lambrettas are all over Seattle and you can now get new Vespas at local dealers too.

Also, many companies such as Honda continue to sell their versions, which coincidentally, often look like vintage Vespas. :-)

I thought Vespas were more 'Portland'

whereas Segways (sp?) are sooooooooooooooooo San Francisco...

If you'd seen them riding, you'd know.
There's a Scooter Squad in town who ride in a bright flock, motors buzzing like a swarm of angry hornets. They look like they're having a ball!
