Today, I spent the whole afternoon putting on my new exhaust. I got the RS*R ExMag from www.prostreetonline.com. It took 5 hours cuz I had to keep raising the frontend and then the rearend to get to the piping and mounts and everything. I disconnected the battery beforehand, not just for safety, but so that the ecu would reset and adjust ( Read more... )

a)how are you able to like make old shitty cars run amazing if you're not a mechanic?
b) why aren't you a mechanic making mad dough?
c) if you can afford to add all these amazing doo hickies to your old car , why not just buy a new one?
d) was that entry actually written for us to enjoy reading or do you just like the sound of all that car shit?

Actually, I meant to post this entry in a different journal for fellow stickshifters. It's the stick_shift community http://www.livejournal.com/community/stick_shift/ but i forgot to select that journal as the one to post this in...sorry for the confusion ;-)

Yes, I'm sure. Stickshifters are people who drive cars equipped with a manual transmission.

I was thinking you might have meant it like that, but the word shift in stick shift threw me off. I'd love to give you a lesson on my car up in ALbs next weekend if you're up for the challenge:-) I'm so happy and relieved to see so many of my friends and people I run across interested in learning to drive "with both hands and feet" despite the changing times et cetera. Have a good weekend and I look forward to seeing you next weekend!
