I was just about to ask if you'd heard about Magic Mike. Channing and Matty Bomer alone make me want to go see it (in IMAX, preferably), but everyone else will just be a bonus. And I'd be lying if I wasn't hearing banter and seeing the blowjobs in my head. (Depending on work goes this week, I may possibly attempt to write some of it down. Don't quote me on that, though.)

Your Iron Man nails sound super cute! Since I finally have long enough nails, I've taken to painting my nails every few days so that a) I can have cute nails, too and b) that if I keep them painted, I won't bite them. I've mostly been sticking to single colours or layering a sparkly one (like Shiny Dancer, or this silly glow in the dark one I picked up for $2) on top, but I will admit that, in a Friday Night Lights rewatch-induced-haze a few weeks ago, I had a bright yellow base with electirc blue Shatter on top. What can I say, I make my own fun. :)

I hadn't painted my nails in a while, but after I got new nail polish yesterday, I decided to give it a go. I think I'm going to enjoy doing an Avengers-themed nail polish run. :D

I have a really silly question: is Rumba Romance super bronze-y once it's on your nails, or is it more sheer and sparkly? The Sephora near me has had it in the clearance bin for months, and I've been toying with picking it up, but...I have pretty pale skin, and I'm worried it would look awful on me.

Before I try writing Magic Mike anything, I'll have to watch all the White Collar gag reels, Step Up and She's the Man again. Research is hard, man. :)

It depends on how many coats you put on. I had three coats of Rumba Romance so it's super-bronze, but if you just put one coat one, it's a light, sparkly gold. I really love the color a lot. If you can get it, get it; but if you want a lighter gold, the Burlesque brand of nail polish has a really pretty, light gold that stays light no matter how many coats you put on it. It's a little duller than the Rumba, but still pretty.

Hee! Best kind of research, really.
