I'm waiting for the email from the mgmt company with our lease, and am irrationally terrified that they'll find something in my background check that will deny me, despite the fact that I have, in fact, met me.

SO NERVE-WRACKING OMG. I totally understand how terrifying it is to wait for their answer. It was worse for us because we have a less than optimal credit rating, and had already been rejected twice, but we finally worked it out and got in, and I am finally relax.
