Um...lemme know how you feel about spoilers? I saw Walking Dead already. I can let you know (without completely spoiling it, I think) about him in it. Have you ever seen Jericho? That was totally awesome. Loved his character in that...because you never knew which side he was on.
Please don't tell me he dies in WD. I don't know if I can take it if he's killed off in the show since the main reason I wanted to watch it was for him. D:
He's there and then...they split up...and they never go back to his character. A friend who's read the novels (and said so far they've stuck pretty close to it) says his character doesn't die in the novel.
I sooo love Baptiste. Just finished rewatching the episode again.
I only discovered Haley after Watchmen came out and since I wasn't really impressed with the movie, I didn't pay much attention to him. After seeing him as Guerrero, though, I am a convert. He can do humor and menacing really well, and I have an insane amount of love for Guerrero. :D
Wait, there's been Indira Varma happening and I was not aware of this?
I'm gonna go with the optimist route and say how awesome you are for pointing this out so that I may go and get me some cake, and not dwell on how much I fail at this internet thing and keep on missing THE RELEVANT STUFF.
In your defense, I haven't talked much about this show except for when I first heard that she was joining the cast and briefly squeed about it in my journal. ♥
But yes omg, watch it for her! She is awes in it, and gets to be ridiculously hot and well-dressed and elegant while doing very illegal things and bickering with Chi McBride. :D
This? Makes me feel less guilty about loving this show like cake. Yes, Chance rings all my bells like it's a high holy day, but even more so, the team dynamic, especially this season with Ames and Ilsa, is just...I have no words. The team *needed* the two of them to work, and we didn't even know it till we got them!
I totally loved the first season, but this season, I am so in love with the entire team, it's not even funny. I knew I was gonna love Ilsa, but I'm surprised by just how much I adore Ames and her constant poking at Guerrero and the way she screws up, even though her heart is in the right place. I'm glad we got to see her past last week, even though I missed her this week.
I love how the women have added so much to the show while the guys are still pretty much the guys I love, only crankier and more awesome. God, I love thie show.

Baptiste is a lot of fun, especially now that he's cut loose from the Old Man and gets to snark more at Chance. :D

Jackie Earl Haley is one of my most favoritest actors EVER, and it's nice to see him in something that shows how awesome he truly is.
