But of course, being tough on drugs, irrespectable of the evidence, is a vote winner. And that's all that matters, right?

It is interesting that in a lot of politics this year, those who've said less seem to be doing better than those who say more... maybe Jacqui Smith should keep her mouth shut and let the other ministers decide ;)
