Oh man, I'm sorry. I had no idea this was all involved. It's your fault for taking those dancing lessons in Igen, that's all I'm saying. Never would have got pregnant if -- anyway. Still, this sounds very involved. Better you than me. I will, uh, be supportive, and hold your hair back while you throw up or something.

And as for taking measures on the man's part, well. Clearly not something Neiran would say if he ever got any action himself, is it? All very well in theory, but in reality... (Reyce doesn't have to worry about pregnancy, so that fling doesn't count, I guess. I run away now.)
