I like watching Roa fret. I'm bad like that I guess. It's been a long time since she had a stumble.

(Idly I also note that if there's a salve to /slow/ time and you're holding out on me, healer, I will shave your head and show you off to the tabloid paparazzi. ^^ )

I can't wait to see the conversation between Roa and R'vain on why she cannot attend the wedding at Benden.

Who said she's not attending the wedding at Benden?

So much for not going between until she knows? Tsk. What would Ashwin say to that?

As I understand it, regular trips between don't cause abortions. You have to stay between a leeeeetle bit longer than normal for that to happen.

A kid, huh? And "the potential father"? Way to get demoted from "my weyrmate". Geez, all you got to do is knock a girl up, and all of a sudden you're in the doghouse.

A kid. Gosh. You want to watch her fret, R'vain, you wait until she has to tell Ash.

(To add to the betweening debate, I believe it was Mirrim who lost kids, and that was due to excessive betweening, particularly during 'fall. That conversation happened after a dolphin diagnosed her pregnancy. Quick trips don't do much harm, and Kylara once contemplated staying between 'a couple of extra beats' in order to abort. All this drawn from my crazy memory, and readings of books roughly ten years ago, so someone may need to correct me.)

To be fair, Roa has never actually ever referred to Ashwin as 'her weyrmate'. She always finds ways to not. La la la.

Hey, you're right. I'm the only one here talking about commitment.

I feel so much better now. Thank you, darling.

You love me for my instability and debilitating trust issues. I know you do.

You know.

Until you eventually stop. And leave me.
