So, I just finished this 20in20 set and I can tell you it was so much harder to make than I thought it'd be. We had to choose a royal character from a TV show, or a character holding a lot of power. I decided to icon Nate Ford from Leverage - never before had I iconed an all-Nate set before, so this got really interesting. I actually started

Ooh, nicely done! I've always found Leverage to be a really challenging show to colour, but you've clearly had no trouble! Right away I noticed Alone in the Dark which has amazing shadows but still some beautiful colouring. The lighting is perfect! I also LOVE the crop in "Blind" - what a perfect cap for that prompt, and what a wonderfully cropped icon! Artist's Choice #2 made me smile and it's also really well done - great cutout, and great colours! My favourite, though, is definitely AC #1 - the duotone colours are perfect for Nate's "torn between two worlds" conflicts, and the lighting, the flawless saturation, the intensity of his expression - everything about it is STUNNING! Fantastic work with these! :D

These are gorgeous! The colouring is lovely and your use of light is amazing, especially in alone in the dark, determined and ac 1 (this one is seriously stunning!). I also love blind (fantastic crop!), light, gold, cat 2, cat 5, ac 2 (lol) and ac 3 :)

I fucking sucked at coloring Leverage caps, so I tip my hat to you on all the natural colors you managed to draw out so well! Love the shadowing in Determined and the bright, glowy lighting in From Behind. The sharpening in Cat 5 is just perfect, and I love the crop and soft yellow backdrop as well! AC1 works the two-toned coloring brilliantly. Love the deep red and the bright, laser-like blue together!

You so did NOT suck at coloring Leverage caps. I LOVED your Leverage icons - you have no idea how many I've saved on my laptop (which reminds me of adding new icons to my userpics).

Anyway, thank you so, so much for your lovely words. I'm really glad you liked the icons so much - it took me soooo long to finish this Nate-focussed set. :D

i have barely any nate ford icons saved, probably because parker, hardison, and eliot seem to suck of all the graphics.

with good reason, of course!

i really love the colouring of brave, light, and gold.
and AC1 is stunning!
