click on the "I'm mailing my Vote" icon on the left... and follow the directions :) (this one has a lot of info)
or
click on "Snowbirds, Voting While Away" (... this takes you straight to the forms)
and noooo i'm not procrastinating from holiday shopping in this blizzard... i'm just being nice ;) hehe
