Okay James, I just read your most awesome post aloud to Holly and Peter Kuling -- it was like Sunday morning story time at our house -- and we have a couple of questions:

From Holly - So does this mean you're not coming home for Christmas?
- Can you send her your mailing address?

And from Me and Pete - But what about the POUTINE???

Yes, we are most likely not coming home for Christmas. For one thing, it would be a plane trip not covered by our employer, and for another, Christmas isn't as big a holiday over here, so it would be difficult to get the time off. :(

And yes! I realize we went all that way and didn't even try the poutine! I kept thinking about it, but the pizza and Guinness really filled us up. Next weekend, the poutine report!

ryan is apparently having a christmas party later on, i shall have some "this is for james and his lame-ass not being here" drinks for you.

are you around pandas? do they have pandas there? can you bring me one back. no one will notice i promise....

Sadly, there are no pandas in Korea. But I did learn yesterday that giant pandas do not hibernate because they have to eat 20-40 pounds of bamboo ever day just to stay alive. INSANE!
