Thanks... I'll take any kind of relief that I can get :-) I hope it continues over the next few weeks which would mean a return to full mobility.

Thank You!
I will ask.. there aren't many places around here that offer any kind of alternative stuff like that or even acupuncture but I think it would absolutely help unlock this pain in the arse muscle groups.

Flexibility was something he mentioned.... not unusual from someone 43 though, so I know it can be improved.

Thanks, I hope he can continue the progress made... Its Sat morning and probably feeling as good as I have in a year or more, sans meds.... This is a HUGE improvement.

HAHAHA, I suspect you have been bitten by the bug. It happens VERY quickly and once it takes hold, you'll really start playing and having fun. I know how it is waiting for gear, and it is absolute torture, but oh, so much fun when it does arrive. Let us know when it gets there and you have a chance to crack open those boxes and how the chatter is in the area.

He is a D.O. with some specific training in Rehabilitation and a couple years of school for doing "adjustments" which were a total of about 6-10 (lost count) but all were very different than what had previously been done.
