Date: August 4th, 1999 Characters: Hannah Abbott, Zach Smith Location: #39 South Vinewood Avenue Status: Private (Ernie is welcome) Summary: The house mates have breakfast Completion: Incomplete
"Mr Macmillan," Hannah cried, "what a rare appearance!" and bit into her toast.
"No plans," Hannah said contently, "I am thinking of grabbing my book later and sit on the deck to enjoy the sun." She swallowed, "And I need to start thinking about my birthday."
Zach heard voices downstairs and yawned widely, then got up, dragged on his dressing gown, and went into the kitchen. Both of his housemates were in the kitchen, and he grinned despite his sleepiness.
"Can't say I remember the last time we've all been in the same room together," he said, tying his dressing gown closed. He poured himself a glass of pumpkin juice.
"Was thinking of going for a run," said Zach, "But maybe breakfast with my housemates is in order instead. Rare occurrence." He yawned, then drained his glass of pumpkin juice all in one long go.
Hannah grinned like a Cheshire cat. "Boys," she said and raised her cup of tea, "I think a toast is in order." She waited for them to do as her. "To the best house mates a girl could have," she said proudly and clinked her cup with the one next to hers. Then she sighed contently.

Ernie picked up a banana and peeled it and poured himself a cup of tea. "What are your plans for the day?"

"Oh, shush. It's not like I've seen you about much recently, either," he replied. "Perhaps I can join you on the deck for a quiet afternoon."
