Cho looked over the chosen recipe and began setting out the needed ingredients. She had been to the market the day before to pick up everything to try this pasta dish. It had sounded tasty to her and was also listed in the quick and easy section of the cookbook, so she thought it would be a good choice to try tonight. She had changed from her work robes as soon as she arrived home from St. Mungo’s, and was now waiting for Lisa and Angelina to arrive. They had planned to cook a meal together this evening.
Cho and Lisa were worried about Angelina and thought this would get Ang out of her flat, even if it was just next door. Also, a casual meal at home would be better than dinner in public so they could just relax and be comfortable. Whatever Ang needed right now, Cho and Lisa wanted to be there for her.
Cho removed the veg needed from the cooler after she checked the time. She had a fresh loaf of bread from the bakery which was tempting her to cut a slice now. She smiled when she heard the knock on the door. She was looking forward to dinner with her friends, and quickly went to greet them.
