RP: Birthday Cookout

Hermione and Pansy had done a great job setting up, Harry thought as he wandered over to the food tent. All the food that they'd bought was set up under here, mostly veg with dip and crisps and desserts and other snack-type things, as well as side dishes for the meat -- Nev had suggested a cookout, which had sounded good to Harry, and so there was a grill set up just outside the tent and lots of burgers and sausages and chicken and things, ready for grilling. Outside the tent were benches and blankets and all manner of other picnic-type furniture.
He hadn't located the wireless yet, but there was music playing, and a flat area for dancing if people wanted. Harry smiled; it meant a lot that they'd helped put all this together, and he was looking forward to seeing his friends.
Teddy and Dodger were playing on a blanket near the food tent, and Harry walked over to join them. Andy would be glad to see Teddy in one piece after his first full night away from home, no doubt. But Harry had told her he'd had everything under control. She'd be taking him home later, when she came for the party. Chuckling, he watched Teddy hoist himself up on wobbly legs only to flop back down on his padded bum. Dodger yipped and ran in a circle around the blanket.
