The Hobgoblins was one of the best bands to exercise to. It was generally fast and enjoyable, so Andy could work up a sweat easily. When she had tried using the Weird Sisters, she started to think about Dora, and that wasn't good to have on her mind when she was trying to be active. Stubby Boardman, though, was perfect for focusing and making herself sore as she performed movements without even thinking about them ( ... )

She definitely didn't look angry -- although, to be fair, Roger may not have immediately noticed her initial reaction. He was noticing instead that she seemed to be ... damp. Not in a just-showered way, but in a sweaty way, and there was music playing. He cleared his throat, resting his hands on his hips a moment because it seemed he had to catch his wind. "Ah, hi."

She invited him in, and he stepped over the threshold, looking around. "I really ... well. I suppose I just wanted to stop by and say hello," he admitted, then narrowed his eyes as the music registered in his brain. "Hobgoblins, eh?"

"Hello." Was he alright? She guessed that he had been out jogging, since he had mentioned that being a morning ritual, so maybe he had overdone things today. She watched him carefully in case he needed water or to sit down. Watching with a very valid reason wasn't the same as staring for her own selfish purposes.

"While I normally am not fond of surprise visits, especially early in the morning, I'm glad that you decided to stop by," she said honestly. "Would you like coffee or something? I've not yet made breakfast, but I do have a fresh pot of coffee."

When he mentioned the music, she nodded and stepped into the sitting room so that she could turn it down. "Yes, they're good for exercising. Stubby Boardman is really quite good. Ted and I saw them perform before, ages ago when I was younger than you and not yet a mother."

"Good," he said, finally grinning as she said she was glad he'd stopped by. "I wouldn't mind some coffee, since you're offering. It's smells great. I know I'm not exactly presentable at the moment, but I had just passed by while running, and made an impulse stop. Anyway, I appreciate it."

He smiled and followed her into the sitting room. "I'm quite fond of classic rock," he told her. "Wizarding or Muggle. Never seen the Hobgoblins in concert, though. Do you need any help? With the coffee."
