How are you? I wanted to congratulate you on your first cooking class. I felt the turnout was great, and I enjoyed myself. How did you feel about it? Will you be planning another?
Work at The Sweetshop has kept me busy, but we did have a few slow days this week, which was nice. On the slow days, we have time to test out new ideas or simply read a book and get off our feet.
I've joined Eloise's book club, and our first meeting was fun. It was nice to be out of the flat for a while and to have intelligent conversation with something other than my plants.
When you have a day off, I'd love to see you (if you ever take days off, that is). I hope you're doing well and that your family is well.
