Summary: Rita sends out invitations for her birthday celebration at the Sweet Shop.

All told, Rita was finding it slightly difficult to come up with twenty people to invite to her party. Of course, there were three girls from the Prophet that she wouldn't dream of not inviting, but any more than that and it would be rather sad - not to mention that she most certainly didn't want to spend time with most of them.
There were a number of others, of course, but her voucher had been for twenty, and considering how much she'd donated to get it, it wouldn't make sense not to fill the spaces. So, as she wrote it, she added someone she didn't know terribly well (the Minister), someone she was never quite sure about (Andromeda) and someone she knew definitely disliked her (Irma). After all, what was a party without someone who didn't like you?

After penning the note, Rita realised that the very act of inviting Lucius Malfoy to a party like this would be problematic, so added, in a post-script (I will be visiting the Sweet Shop within the next few days to choose the menu for the evening, and will make sure that there are some low-sugar items included).
