Cho had forgotten to bring a sandwich from home and decided to get something from the hospital commissary for lunch. She chose a sandwich, apple and bottle of water, thinking she’d treat herself to a hot meal tonight and something chocolate for dessert. She found an empty table and began eating her sandwich while making a few quick notes. She carried a notebook with her at all times, trying to keep up with the new diagnostics and procedures she might learn at any given time throughout the day. She had quickly learned, after being admonished a few times by the Healers to ‘do what they say, not write it,’ that taking notes was to be done in her spare time, not on their time.
She was taking a drink of water when she noticed Millie and quickly waved her over.
