RP: Sunday in the Library

Summary: Irma watches over the library, and sends an overdue owl

Irma looked out over the tables in the library. The younger students seemed to have decided that their common rooms were better places to revise, leaving the library clear for the NEWT prep students. The exams last week seemed to go well, and she hoped that the upcoming week would be the same. Most years found the library fairly empty between Christmas and Easter, but not this year. She was glad so many students had opted to do the program, and hoped they would all do well on their exams.
Since there were more students at the castle this year, Irma hadn't been able to get into town to see Dougal like they'd talked about at New Year. She'd been too busy to miss him too much, but she decided she'd better send him an owl before he forgot what she looked like.
She slipped out of the library, climbed the steps to the owlery, and sent the owl off.
