Aberforth had given him a discount on the alcohol after taking the mickey out of Neville for how much alcohol he'd purchased in bulk lately. Neville took the teasing with good nature, joking that he must look like some sort of party animal or lush, and mock pleading with the man not to tell his gran.
Neville saw Dean had managed the snacks and had the rest of the place set up when he arrived home from The Hog's Head with the beer and firewiskey. Harry and Ron would be over later to help celebrate Seamus' birthday. Neville dashed upstairs to change out of his school robes into something more comfortable and relaxing before heading back downstairs.
