It was only a little earlier than normal, but somehow the chill in the air seemed even more pronounced as Dean made his way into the school. The warmth that hit him as he passed through the doors was refreshing, and he made his way to Professor McGonagall's office as quickly as possible, rubbing his arms to relieve the lingering cold. His stomach was so jittery that he wasn't sure he'd even be able to eat, but at the same time he wanted to get there, hurry up and hear what the Professor had to say. Would her former student be willing to help him? How would she react to his drawings?
When he arrived, the door was cracked. He pushed it open and called, "Professor McGonagall?"
