Greg was bent over his tiny desk, finishing up a report. He was hoping to get to lunch a bit early, and he was making pretty good time. He dipped his quill into an inkwell and started scratching out a mistake as when he heard someone greet him. He was surprised to see Luna -- not that he hadn't recognised her voice, but he'd still somehow to expected it to be her surprising him. Straightening up, he looked her over and smiled. "Hey," he said, standing up and skirting his desk to stand in front of her. "This is a surprise."

He felt a bit self-conscious in his dress shirt and tie; his robes were draped over the back of his seat. He tugged on his tie. "You can stay and have some with me, right?"

Luna wasn't sure that it was proper etiquette to hug or kiss him like she wanted to, so she held out her hand to shake his. They were in an office, after all, and he was standing right there, which just made her want to touch him.

"A tasty surprise," she agreed, and smiled. "I was hoping you'd invite me. Where do you usually eat? And are you ready for a break? I can always wait a few minutes. I have nowhere to be today."

She looked around, and sort of hoped they could eat here. It would be interesting to see what his work environment was like. He was here such a large percentage of his time, and she didn't know much about it. Her eyes fell back on Greg, admiring the way his shoulders looked even broader under that dress shirt. "I like your tie."

Greg blinked down at Luna's hand a moment (really, a handshake hadn't been on the top of his list of impulses upon seeing her), but he smiled and went with it, taking her small hand in his and shaking it.

"I usually go down to the canteen, or stay here," he told her. "What do you want to do? We can go out, if you like." Luna said she didn't have anywhere to be, and he asked, "Not working today?"

He ducked his head. "Thanks," he mumbled. "Don't know 'f it's really me, but it can't be that weird, if you like it."

She squeezed his hand slightly before dropping it, smiling. He always got it.

"We can stay here, but you decide. Do you feel like getting out of the office?" she asked, looking around again. It was very... organized, she supposed. Maybe a little boring compared to the Quibbler offices.

"I don't know if it's you either," Luna agreed. "Though you don't need to look so uncomfortable in it. You wear it as well as anyone. Very professional," she complimented.
