Walter had mentioned the Ministry was considering using them for the Ball, but Pansy had not been expecting a personal Owl regarding the matter. After showing it to a very flustered Walter- he was very busy with things it seemed- she had been told it would be primarily up to her to make sure this worked. Pansy was both excited and terrified- this wasn't a wedding or a party, this was the event in the Wizarding world. Sitting down at her desk, she quickly sent off a reply.

I cannot begin to describe how excited I am by this opportunity. Thank you for choosing Foreman's and for putting your trust in me. I will not let you down.

I am available for lunch any day this week. Please let me know what is best for your schedule.
