It's got an awesome screened in back porch. It's just outside of town at the edge of a quiet little neighborhood. I can see the rest of the neighborhood if I look one way and the other way there is a nice big field with trees and stuff.
Very super cheap. My mortgage, including taxes and insurance and all that, is going to be cheaper than the apartment I was considering. (less than 600!!!)
