After receiving a message from Dr. McCoy, Tina went straight to sickbay to hold down the fort until her CMO was able to get his act together. Unfortunately, that meant that she had to change her plans regarding one particular patient.

She sent a message as soon as she arrived.

Spock slipped into sickbay and scanned the room for Tina.

His heartrate had elevated when he got her message but Spock was determined to get a clean bill of health.

Tina had been keeping an eye out for Spock's entrance.

"Over here, Spock," she called, waving her hand to catch his attention. She had everything set up and waiting already, to cut down as much time from the check-up as possible.

It might have been comical if he weren't so serious about it. He scanned the room, aware of every person, skirted the open areas of the room to keep closer to the wall.

"I received your message. Did you rest adequately?"

Tina smiled. "A little more than adequately, I think. Sorry I had to make you come to me, this time. I'll try to make this fast for you."

She patted the surface of the biobed, indicating that Spock should take a seat, and started scanning his collarbone before he'd even settled his weight.
