We interrupt the election coverage for this less historical news..

Lots of people have posted about the election, and I don't really have anything much to add except I am sure Obama will work hard to get us that East Coast Volks Store he has been wishing for and now he is sure to get his own Sei-tenshi. /this is a joke

Interestingly enough Hawaii was the bluest state in the Union and Oklahoma was the reddest. ( Read more... )

Thanks for taking the video! Looking at pictures is one thing, but it's nice to hear the sounds as well. It was almost like being there!

Yeah, I'm so glad! I meant to take video clips before but I kept forgetting how to do it on my camera. >>;;

I really hope at some point you make it there! ♥

Konbanwa, Rachel san!

What a gorgeous, amazing, wonderful experience you must've had! Thank you for the detailed descriptions and charming images you've shared. (And don't those Yos just fit _perfectly_ in their serene surroundings?)

I'm glad to see that CT voted (rather strongly) against the constitutional convention that would have paved the way for "illegalizing" same-sex marriages Tuesday night. If some of the folks I've met through BJDs decide to marry, and to invite Karen and myself, I'd be proud and pleased as punch to attend.

Ja mata!

I'm not sure Lelouch is all that serene or Gino for that matter, but Suzaku fits quite well. :D I'm glad you enjoyed the images I really love visiting Japan. My next goals are a trip to Obama and possibly one to Sendai so I can get in a 2nd of the famous 3 views. I'm also tempted to try to make it to Enryakuji already. lol

Yeah, even if she doesn't want to get married right now, I'd love for my sister to have the right to get married as well.

By now, momiji has probably started. I've been in Japan for November and its quite lovely. I think July is the only month I've never been in Japan for :D

I hope someday you make it there, it's really a fun experience, particularly if you don't just spend it all shopping. ^^;
