Go through the non-paying bidder process anyway with these cases... only way to get the people booted from eBay and for you to get your final value fees back.

My fees have already been credited.

You can't file a non-paying bidder complaint once an item has been pulled. eBay has completely pulled my auction, there is no record now of me ever having tried to sell the item.

To file non-paying you need to first spend 1 week with a dispute, and then after that week, you can officially get a non-paying bidder declaration and get the fees back.

I am in the midst of doing this with another jerk and was in the process with this one when the account was declared "stolen"

Why was your auction pulled?

Trust me, I know ALL about the NPB process... have done too many for both myself and my last job @.@

My auction was pulled because the buyer filed a complaint that their account was stolen.

Yeah, ebay "claims" it's cause they have to pull the whole auction and they're working on new tools so this wll not be the case soon.

fortunately, 1 i will just list on my website since it didn't go high and the other i will just have to relist.

blah.

i wrote ebay a msg on it, cause really, i emailed this person LAST WEEK to ask about payment, and to wait until i filed a dispute makes me highly suspicious.
