Yes -- my development alert made a point of mentioning the Top 5 and then Russia's ranking.

The study itself acknowledged that black market and illegal economic consumption was likely to go underreported or unreported. This would mean many nations that have a lot bootlegging (like Slavic countries with the homemade Slivovice and vodka and Pacific islands with our homemade Tuba, Kava Kava and Yeast) will be under-ranked.

And last week I pointed out that Luxembourg's high ranking was due more to selling to Germans, Belgians and French for lower tax rates than to native Luxembourgers.
