FWIW, didn't spot any terminology errors. The black stripe on a dun is called a dorsal stripe (amazingly). I had no idea that pie/skewbalds are actually white-on-colour rather than the other way around. Is there a Thing that causes dappling in dappled greys, OOI? It doesn't last as they fade to "white", but ISTR that not all greys dapple. Mind you, I'm years out of date.
