So, I said I'd go into what's been going on as of late, the fun part is just figuring out where to start. This'll be the most comprehensive as I haven't used anything like LJ in ages, nor do I really use FA for such things either, but since folks follow me here in a decent amount, this is probably the easiest to do. ...sorry to hear about the setbacks all this time though... I had not known the specifics, but I gathered you felt things were not really in motion.. :/

Wow, that was certainly a lot to catch up on! Please look into vitamin B17 also known as Laetrile or Amygdalin since your dad is battling cancer. Don't worry about moving, that will come in its own time. I've been stuck at home taking care of my mom since my dad passed away in 1995. The loss of good paying jobs (companies left the state) over the years and the tanking of the economy have left me working part-time and financially crippled. Someday I will get out of New Jersey and never look back. I am wishing the best for you. We both are living similar lives, all we can do is hope that things will get better. I still hold to the belief that everything has a reason and purpose.
