I dashed downtown to my beloved indie children's bookseller to pick up my special order this morning, and am now the proud owner of:

writing, ultraviolet, books

Very curious about the WIP now! Happy researching!

I loved Demon's Lexicon, and Dull Boy is at the tippity-top of my TBR pile...right after I finish Spell Hunter! I have about 100 pages to go and am totally enthralled by Knife and the Oakenwyld. Thank you so much for sending it and the fab bookmark!

Excuse me, I cannot compose a coherent reply because I am drooling over the cupcake on your icon. Cuuuuuuppcakes...

Ahem. Anyway... thank you for reading Spell Hunter and I'm very glad to hear you're enjoying it!

You have me really curious about your title Touching Indigo, as indigo is the colour most associated with the 6th chakra that is representative of thought and clear thinking. And now those research titles ... I'm greatly intrigued! :)

I think I mentioned before, but I live in a town with the state mental hospital, and one of my best friends works in the adolescent boy's unit. It's not Canada, but I can drum up pretty much anything you might want -- I'm also a grad student with a heavy minor in psych and can talk to any professors you might not have on hand.

Go, Rebecca, gooooo! You can write this book!

I recently had to bite the bullet and plunge into football research (I hate sports but my MC loves them). I normally like research, but uh, this falls into the "so much to get wrong" category--so I feel for you!
