I see what you mean. Funny how in my head, my own voice disappeared, and I 'heard' Iris's voice, taking on the cadence, which made savoring her narrative full-bodied and rich. And very very clear.

Ahh, another book to wait for? Yup. I'll buy this one for my son. And read it too. :) I love YA fiction thanks to him. My daughter skipped right over it. A pity, I can see now.
