I'm back from the SCBWI-MI Fall Conference and it was so. much. fun. Simon Rose is hilarious ("What was I talking about again?"). halseanderson is a total sweetheart (she hugged me! Is this formula retroactive? 'Cause I think I've got enough hours of reading time clocked up by now to go on with for oh, the next five years at least. Ooh, and does spending time on the Net researching writing-related topics count?

Anyway, it sounds wonderful - both the going and the coming home. Networking for the imagination.
