The art is by Voxbellin, a member of the RUSS-L list. It's part of a larger picture which is in the Photos section of the group, in the Russellian Art and Photo Manips folder. I asked her if I could icon it a long time ago (like, back in September 2003), but only got around to actually making the icon now...
