All those beautifully intricate tiny details, Dean's eye crinkles, freckles, the way his stubble looks in the light, versus his peach fuzz and his lashes, the bridge of Sam's nose, and way his dimple changes his entire face even when he isn't smiling love that they're older here, btw!), even his forehead is spot on, with the lighting! And Dean's brow, and his nose - so perfectly done.
Even Dean's neck being softer and more fold-y than Sam's. And their hair! For both of them, it's so in character! ;)
I mean - the naughty gelled two direction wave, and the small strand of hair close to Sam's forehead sometimes getting wet from sweat -
