Rune can't live outside the country, legally, or isn't ready to, or only just met her family and it wouldn't be fair, or ...? Are Rudolph, Ferdinand, and Josef Terrencian Archdukes?

Isn't ready to, has just met her family and Uncle Algernon, the Ruhtig, has firmly expressed views about the presumptive heir living in foreign parts & raising her children, one of whom will probably be Ruhtig after her, out of the country.

Rudolph, Ferdinand and Josef are indeed the three unmarried Terrencian Archdukes closest in line to the throne.
