Along with a short list of don’ts pregnant ladies, Rensa discovered, were encouraged to both exercise in moderation and nap.  Her weight was still less than her doctor thought it should be and the first sign of her pregnancy had been a small dip in that weight.  As a result she was now on a ‘sustaining’ diet backed

I figure every public figure with that sort of profile is going to attract a portion of the available deranged minds.

Oh, dear. I hope her staff is filtering out the "advice" letters for her, too. Most expectant mothers get way too much of that without being the Empress ...

If Rensa has the right relationship with the clerks who make the final decisions about what gets passed on to her, every once in a while I could see them passing on a letter of the "you won't believe what they wrote" sort.

Those are likely identified by someone giggling uncontrollably or having the right sort of "shocked" reaction.

I'm absolutely certain that many of that sort will get passed around the clerks, though most won't get passed on to Her Highness.

I'm basing this on having worked as support with several other people and the sorts of things we shared about user requests. :-)
