It's actually a really funny scene, and Tim is swiveling in his chair, but since Art (the older guy) is walking around behind him it's so hard to get clear caps.

I seriously have about a hundred caps just of the various things JPitts does with his lips when speaking. And god, yes, I LOVE his wardrobe in this series.
