This just comes from the re-watch/capping of The Pacifc episode three, but come on, JP Morgan and Little Johnny Martin: The most tiny little bitch-faced badasses to ever badass. Dear Fandom, someone needs to write the fic where these two are bros:

Johnny Martin, in that whole scene from "The Last Patrol" is cut/smack-a-bitch golden perfection. And it's all for Webster.

I still hold to the fact that Leyden and JP never seem to interact in Fandom is one of the BIGGEST fandom let downs ever. ...Well lack of Leyden in general

I would love to see JP and Johnny Martin happy/fun yelling times though.

I would kill for like, a whole fic with Leyden and JP and all the sarcasm and all the world. Hopefully after the re-watch there will be more Leyden? The lack of the minor parts of Team Sledge and any of Team Basoline in fandom makes me very sad.

JP, Johnny Martin, Leyden, and Doc Bryan as one very loud group of guys in like, a Real Househusbands of Some City would crack me up as a fic.

YES. ABSOLUTELY. OH MY GOD, YES.

I love both of those guys to bits for the same reasons you stated, and they would just get up to so much trouble together. No enemy or bar could withstand their combined fury. (Poor old Bull and John would despair.)

Right now I don't really feel like I've got a handle on any of the Pacific characters well enough to write them properly in depth (excepting Haldane and Jones, but that's mostly because they have so little screentime it's quite quick to rewatch just the bits with them in), but I'm hoping after the rewatch I'll feel more confident. Fandom (and the canon itself) really needs more JP.

These two would get in so much trouble, and everyone would underestimate them and then, die under the combined power of their minds and glares.

I am really hoping the re-watches will be, like, a shot in the arm for The Pacific fandom. We need more JP, Manny, Lena, and all of Team Basilone.

More Johnny Martin and JP FOREVER YES. Seriously, the world would not be able to handle that much bitchplz. They could gang up on Webster together! (Ok, I just like trolling Webster.)

Webster totally had it coming in TLP and god, JP would so totally give him the "you've gotta be friggin kiddin me" look he is so very good at. JP and Johnny Martin could terrify all the new boots/replacements in ways they could never imagine.
