Let me specify that I, too, am enjoying the women of Once Upon a Time. However: Jennifer Morrison (born 1979) plays the daughter of Ginnifer Godwin (born 1978), who plays the stepdaughter of Lana Parilla (born 1977). (That’s one precocious mayor!) This is partly why I like UK TV. There's older actors, not-so-pretty actors, and short actors. The only US show I saw like that was Justified but considering its genre, maybe it doesn't count?

I too like Justified, but all the older female roles -- Mags and Helen -- were not regulars. Mags was a season 2 baddie and Helen was only recurring in a handful of episodes. On the other hand, Timothy Olyphant (age 43) is romantically paired with the two regular female actresses, both younger than him, and both physically gorgeous. Of course, Mr. Olyphant is not particularly hard on the eyes.
