I can't because I don't pay money. Any one with a paid account and the ability to set up feeds is welcome to do so.

I know adam does it (http://syndicated.livejournal.com/adamtylerfelix/). Not sure how, but I highly doubt he's paying for it.

As I understand it, Syndication can only be set up by someone with a paid account. That person doesn't have to /keep/ paying, but the set upper has to be paying. I do have some paying friends. If anyone wants to set up a feed, be my guest, but you could drop a comment here letting people know that it exists.
