*shudders* It's kind of creepy when you think about it. It's made me a bit uneasy.

Yeah... We were hoping it was somewhere off Green River, on the far side of Corona, but NO. It was over there. By the Albertson's. o_o; Not QUITE as creepy for us as when there was a break in down the street from Our house, but yeah. We're a quiet town and then we have this crap. @_@

On that day, my roommate took our neighbor to her work, which was Albertson's, so she already knew something had happened before we saw the news later that night. We get shootings and break-ins down by my place all the time, but they're never on the news (perhaps because I live in a bad neighborhood? It would make sense since you never see Compton in the news either)

Yeah, Foothill area and farther south are "nicer" neighborhoods (more expensive!) so it's more unusual than over by your area where there's a high school, it's a little older, etc etc. We've got Santiago where all the brains go XD

We had a bomb scare two houses down from me; not sure if that made it to the news or not. o_O
