Happy to help with construction. My parents have a loft ladder that folds into the roof space. Didn't need a builder to fit?

Also, I'm seeing $188 each way to Brisbane on Air NZ, $192 to Sydney around the time of OzBurn. Both airports are equal driving time, Coffs is nearest, but is $354, as is Gold Coast.
